My Love

He said my love is skeptical
He said it has been written and erased with pencil
He said its not real
He said I don’t show what I feel
Well if he stopped pushing me maybe I will
Now he said I got him wanting a depression pill
He told me I always have an excuse
Maybe he should let go and let me loose
If I’m not good enough maybe there is someone else
For him that is
Because I’m just average
He will easily bounce back
Probably soon with a top hat
He the marrying type
But he said my love is all hype
He said I built it up to much
Then I didn’t show up
Well maybe when I did we weren’t on the same page
He left me hanging like backup on stage
Now he said my love got him played
But I think this is his love he is referring to
Trying to cover it up with my mistakes
But he recent comments has took the cake
This place…I cannot stay
Oh and my love cannot either

Sometimes I wish I could move to the moon
Get a Realtor to help me find a place in space
Some where I can be alone and relax
Take my mind off things and leave me here never to look back
Be the first to live there
Oh how peaceful it must be
Maybe Kid Cudi will move next to me
Wear my spacesuit and float by gravity
Never fear of falling and not a neighbor in sight

He has been bit by the bug

And I put it there
He told me to tie him down so I did
It is crazy how I got this man’s love
Maybe it was cruel
But I know of my capabilities and the things I can do
He said he was not ready for love But I made him fall in it

Weekly Blog Entry

Hello all,

Another week has ended and as always I am closer to my dreams. This month is very special to me because I am working extra hard to put the finishing touches on my book. I will hopefully have a release date this month as well.

I finished now two sections of my book completely. I am so excited for the results and hope so is everyone else.

One other important thing I am doing this month in promotion. I have made various fliers, business card, and poster boards. I may post them up around my town or just scan them into the internet and ask my fans to help me promote.

I also made a temporary website using wix.com. I need you guys help and go visit it and tell me what you think. Honest opinions are preferred.

I have also been talking to book stores to get into them. I would much rather get into a book store in Cleveland, Ohio, because thats where my fan base is. But any book store will do, just to get on the right track. You will also be able to purchase the book directly from my through my temporary website or fan page.

Just think about the things I could have gotten into
But has poetry sheltered me from too much

Once again its a new week. Yes it has come and gone. So I thought I might give you guys an update on my progress to the book this week.

This week I didnt add any new poems. I was in edting mode this week. fixing up, changing and adding to already done poems.

I have the tendency to change this around. not a bad thing I dont think. :)

But I will tell you I am getting closer to my dream..soon reality.

I am coming to you all with an update on my book A Writers Ambition.

My goal is to shot for about 75-80 poems.

I have up to date about 55-60 poems ready and edited.

I have more that need to be worked and edited.

I wanted to share with you guys that I am nearly done.

A Search Within

Make me whole again

I am only 60% of myself

I want to get back to what I’m use to

Happy, adventurous and comical

Lately I’ve been in reverse

This cycle seems unstoppableI can sit and make a list of the things that make me unhappy

But why make a situation worse

Trying to think of new ways to make the situation work

But my plans always failI cannot continue to think of ways and never succeed

It’s hard to work at something when the other party does not believe

But I got to continue to search deep

I know somewhere inside of me lies the truth

I know somewhere inside of me may not include you

The other half of me that is

Maybe I should specify

Maybe it’s time for me to move on

Maybe it’s time for me to call it quits

Because right now this isn’t it

I do not need this pain

I’d rather sit quietly in the rain

And search deep within myself

And figure out what went wrong

I want to be 100% again

I want to be happy

I want life to keep going

But right now it feels like it’s going by slowly

I have not wrote a blog entry in a while.
Hopefully you guys read the last blog about the book section changes.
Not to much of a change but I want to keep everyone informed of what I am doing with the book.

Initially my poetry book was going to have four sections.

Right now I’m a little inspired
Trying to get out of writers block
But my mind is so tired
It’s been through a lot this past couple of weeks
And if I think about it I been a little weak
Not physically but mentally
Maybe I’m drainedOr just a little bit insane

SNEAK PEEK: Section 3- Love & Relationships { Batteries Not Included}

This is a mystery
Why is he so good to me?
Did I find the right one?
The look he gives me tells me this is true love
Every time we are together I don’t want to separate
He is far beyond the perfect mate
When he smiles at me I lose my breathe
And his touch is as sweet as it can be
So perfect in my eyes it’s like he is running on some type of human battery

SNEAK PEEK: Section 2- Life { Unfinished Business}

I have a lot of unfinished business in this unfinished life
There’s so much I want to do
I feel like my time isn’t being well spent
So many time my life has took this spin
To where I just think of all my sins
Maybe they aren’t sins but feelings of guilt for my choices
Could I have made better ones at times?
Maybe I’m asking too many questions
Interrogating myself like I’ve committed a crime
I feel like I am running out of time and I need an answer
Why wait for something that may not grow
Why waste time and continue to go toe to toe

SNEAK PEEK: Section 1- Family { Mom is my Dad}

She brought me into this world of sin
But she is my mother where can I possibly begin
She nursed me from an infant to an adult
Like a boxing instructor she taught me to stay off the ropes

My Dad was never there
But my Mom is my Dad

I grew up in a house with four siblings
My mom was tough
When times got rough we overcame our loses
We never wanted for nothing
And accepted if we couldn’t get everything new
It just showed me growing up what kind of responsibility I was getting into

The Poet

Some may say I was born a Poet. As an adolescent I wrote poetry and short stories as a way of fun with my childhood friend.

At about the age of 13 I became serious about my work and being to write about romance and real life things. I was no longer stuck in a fantasy world I wrote about as a adolescent.
This sparked a new found interest in me and I begin to vigorously write about anything that I felt would interest my audience ( people like me).
I kept my writing simple and to the point. My friends applauded me a lot. Saying I wrote some of the best writings they have ever read.
By time I was in High school I focused toward my future goals. One of them included publishing a book of my poetry. My friends backed me 100%. So I begin to write more and more everyday. Developing a routine and sometime writing in the middle of class not taking notes. (LoL)

But as much as I wanted my book to be done by time I graduated High school, my dreams were put on hold.

Much tragedy struck my life (deaths in the family) and I begin to veer off the road. Doing more teenage things such as partying and trying to fit in. So my efforts turned toward that and less toward writing.

Around 18 I meet the right group of people that made me consider my writings once again. so I have been working off and on since then. My busy life has kept me from putting full focus into my book, but I plan to have it done finally at the middle of this year.

Be on the look out for me guys. I will defiantly keep you all informed of my progress.
